Meet Claude Thomas, LMSW (she/they)

Claude Thomas, LMSW, is a dedicated and compassionate therapist who works with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, identity exploration, life transitions, relational challenges, and trauma recovery. Understanding that reaching out for help can feel daunting, Claude believes that every individual deserves care that honors their full story and their whole self.

A Collaborative and Affirming Approach Claude’s therapeutic style is deeply trauma-informed, strengths-based, and actively affirming of marginalized identities. She strives to cultivate a collaborative and safe space where clients can explore their experiences at their own pace. In Claude’s office, clients are met with warmth, genuine curiosity, and respect. There is never a need to mask or minimize who you are—you are invited to show up exactly as you are as you work through life’s heavy moments together.

About Claude Proud of their identity as a South Asian and lesbian therapist, Claude’s personal journey deeply informs their practice and brings a profound layer of empathy and authenticity to their work. Outside of the therapy room, she enjoys engaging with poetry, attending live music events, watching historical dramas, savoring Indian cuisine, staying active, and taking restorative family walks with their partner and dog.
