Yetunde Omitogun is a Clinical Mental Health Counselor who works with adolescents, adults, and families navigating life’s challenges. She has experience supporting clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, grief, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, behavioral concerns, and emotional regulation. Through her work in school-based mental health and community behavioral health settings, Yetunde has developed a passion for helping individuals from diverse cultural, socioeconomic, and developmental backgrounds.


Yetunde takes a collaborative, compassionate, and strengths-based approach to counseling. She utilizes evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), person-centered therapy, and mindfulness techniques to help clients build healthy coping skills, improve communication, strengthen relationships, and increase resilience. She believes therapy provides a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore challenges, build on their strengths, and create meaningful, lasting change.


Outside of counseling, Yetunde enjoys traveling, discovering new restaurants, spending quality time with family and friends, and embracing opportunities for personal and professional growth. She believes that maintaining meaningful relationships and prioritizing personal well-being are essential to living a balanced life. She is passionate about empowering others to overcome obstacles, recognize their strengths, and live more fulfilling lives. Her goal is to ensure every client feels heard, respected, and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.
